Booking Conditions
1	Upon accepting a booking a non-refundable deposit will be payable in order to retain the room. This is usually the cost of one night’s accommodation.
2	In the event of a non-arrival or cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing or by telephone 14 days prior to arrival to avoid charges. (The proprietor will take reasonable steps to re-let the accommodation but if they are unable to re-let, then we reserve the right to charge up to 2/3rd of the total cost of the booking. We strongly recommend that Holiday Insurance be taken out to avoid unnecessary losses for any unforeseen circumstances.
Payments
3	Payment of the bill for accommodation shall be made prior to departure. Please note we longer accept payment by cheque. We accept most major debit and credit cards (3% surcharge may apply on some credit cards)
Occupancy
4	Your room will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.
5	PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests under 12 years of age in the B&B. Sorry no pets in the B&B accommodation.
