The Confluence of the East & West Looe Rivers viewed from near Looe Station

Shutta House is ideally situated to explore Looe. A five minute (level) walk will see you in either East or West Looe where there is a wide variety of things on offer. Safe beaches are within easy walking distance as is the South West coast path with it's stunning coastal views and quaint fishing villages, such as Polperro and Fowey.

On the quay there are fishing trips to suit any level of experience from a few hours Mackerel fishing to deep sea or Shark fishing. There are also boat trips around the bay and visits to Looe Island and the local fishing villages of Polperro and Fowey.

By night Looe has a wide variety of resturants and pubs for your enjoyment.

Transport links are convenient and easy to access with the train station (which connects with the InterCity line) being less than a minutes walk as is the nearest bus stop that travels throughout the local area. Should you be flying we are close to all the main airports at Plymouth (25 minutes) and Newquay (45 minutes) and Exeter (60 minutes).
